This podcast is for people who want to hear positive reflections from someone who has been around long enough to have seen and experienced life. I’m still naive in many ways and I’m good with that. However, I realize there is a need to see the perspective of others and learn to empathize. It’s a challenging skill to learn, one I continually try to hone. My goal now is to share tips and tricks about practicing empathy, so we can find the middle road to compromise, acceptance, and perhaps even friendship and doing it with positivity. We’re all on the same mortal journey. We can help one another by showing kindness and my podcast is a reflection of that philosophy.

We are literally "Changing By Design" chronologically. Some studies suggest that our biological aging can be adjusted, and it involves getting out of our comfort zones.
